Reception
Office
hours are 8am - 6pm Mon - Sat and 9am - 5pm
Sunday. An emergency intercom is located to the
right of the main door for check-ins and emergencies
only. Check in time is 3pm; check
out time is 9.30am. Every effort is made to have your cabin or site available by 3pm. Late departures
will incur a fee of 50% of the daily rate. All fees are payable on
arrival for the full period of the booking.

Facilities
& Activities
Smugglers Cove offers more than just accommodation.
There are many great and exciting things to
tackle on your holiday. It is a place where
you can stay and play. But please, keep an
eye on the kids so they are always playing
safely. Remember, the village is for everyone
to enjoy. Children must be accompanied by
an adult in the pool area, in the amenities
block, along the waterfront and in all playground
areas. Please impress upon your children to
care for our facilities.
Do
The Right Thing
We go out of our way to make sure the village
is clean. Please help us maintain this cleanliness
with a few simple deeds. Make sure your rubbish
goes into the receptacles provided. We would
appreciate your recycling efforts in the yellow-lidded
bulk bins as per the sticker on the lid.
No
Smoking
We have a NO SMOKING policy
for all our buildings including cabins, our
pool area and the mini golf area. However,
if you smoke on your verandah decks and elsewhere,
please deposit the butts in a garbage bin,
not on the grounds or garden beds. Your assistance
is appreciated
Road
Safety
The speed limit within the park is strictly
10kph commencing from the entrance. All roads
are shared by pedestrians, vehicles and bicycles.
There is to be no parking on any roadway.
There is a limit of one vehicle per site.
Arrangements for boat parking is by consultation
with reception. Visitors must use the visitor
car park behind reception. A car/boat wash
is prohibited on the waterfront side of the
pool area. Pleas emake sure that the vehicle
being washed is fully on the slab and not
on the pavers or roadway. Roll up hose after
use and place in its rightful place.
Bicycle
Safety
All cyclists must wear a helmet and obey ALL
road rules. Cyclists are not to ride around
the amenities or between sites. Riding up
and down on the wrong side of the road may
result in the privilege to ride being withdrawn.
BIKES AND SCOOTERS MUST BE PACKED
UP ON DARK. SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES &
MOTORISE SCOOTERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Barbecues
After using the barbecues the next user would
appreciate a clean plate. Simply pour some
water onto the plate to steam off excess grease.
It can be wiped clean with some newspaper.
Never allow children to sit on the tiled are
or leave the unattended at the barbecues.
Pets
Small pets are welcome in the off-season on campsites by arrangement with management
